Trainings on Bleeding after birth, Eclampsia and Pre-eclampsia in Danghara

Every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person's potential is fulfilled
Tajik Family Planning Association (TFPA) with the support of the UNFPA organized ToT training from 23.08.2021 to 25.08.2021, and cascade training from 30.08.2021 to 1.09.2021 in Danghara for gynaecologists and obstetricians of province and district maternity houses. Trainings were implemented within the new programme of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics and JHPIEGO

The purpose of the trainings was to improve medical services for pregnant women, develop the skills of health workers in maternity hospitals on the above-mentioned topics. In the trainings, health workers from the Khatlon region were involved and received the certificates after the successful completion of the training program. About 65 health workers from all over the Khatlon region increased their theoretical and practical knowledge on “Bleeding after birth” and “Eclampsia and Pre-eclampsia” topics.
