On January 5, TFPA focal point continued the theme on drugs, where they discussed the consequences of drug using and explained that it is not the way of solving problems.

From 15 to 21 August in Baljuvon and from 27 August to 1 September in Ayni TFPA conducted an informational campaign regarding the contraception. During this campaign women of reproductive age get informed on all kinds of available contraception methods.

From 15 to 16 May, 2017 TFPA representative participated in International Conference: Sexuality education: Lessons Learned and future developments in the WHO ER organized by the German Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA).

From 1 to 17 May 2017, five three-day trainings on prevention and screening of cervical cancer were conducted in Bokhtar, Khatlon region for 57 obstetricians and 8 doctors from reproductive health centers.

From May 17 to 19, in Khujand of Sughd province and from 22 to 24 in Kulyab, Khatlon Province, were conducted three-day trainings on “Antenatal care”.
